Tesla Road Rage Suspect Arrested Again in Hawaii

HONOLULU, Hawaii — A man recently paroled for a series of road rage attacks in Southern California has been arrested again, this time in Honolulu. Authorities reported Nathaniel Radimak, 39, was involved in an altercation while driving a gray Tesla on Halekauwila Street on Wednesday.
According to the Honolulu Police Department, Radimak allegedly sped past an 18-year-old woman who was parking her vehicle. After the two exchanged words, he reportedly got out of his car and assaulted the woman and her 35-year-old mother before fleeing the scene.
Radimak was arrested the following day at 2121 Ala Wai Blvd. on multiple charges including third-degree assault, unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle, and contempt of court. He is currently being held, with charges pending.
This arrest follows Radimak’s release from prison on August 28, 2024, after serving less than a year of his five-year sentence for various violent offenses, including criminal threats and stalking. He was paroled just months after being convicted on multiple counts in September 2023.
His previous incidents included threatening women with a metal pipe and vandalizing vehicles in multiple road rage episodes throughout Southern California. According to prosecutors, Radimak has a long criminal history, and several of his assaults were recorded on video.
Eyewitness reports indicate that during the latest incident, an infant was present in the victim’s car but thankfully was not injured. Relatives of the victims expressed their concerns about Radimak’s history of violent behavior. Stanley Aragon, the uncle of the victim, expressed hope that law enforcement would take stricter actions in this case.
Legal experts suggest that Radimak’s early release from prison was influenced by California’s overcrowding issues, leading to eligibility for parole well before he completed his sentence. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation confirmed that Radimak earned credit for time served and was released according to legal guidelines.
This latest arrest has sparked concern among individuals who suffered from his prior attacks, raising questions about the effectiveness of the justice system in dealing with repeat offenders.
