Tucson to Experience Cooler Weather and Showers Tuesday

TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson residents can expect a few light showers Tuesday morning as a weather system moves through the area, bringing cooler temperatures and much-needed moisture. Highs are predicted to reach the 70s, while overnight lows will range from the upper 40s to mid-50s.
The National Weather Service indicates that the rain is part of a system that will maintain low temperatures throughout the day. In addition to the rain, gusty winds are also expected, which may create breezy conditions across the region.
By the end of the week, however, warmer temperatures are forecasted to return as the area will transition back to triple-digit heat by the weekend. Meteorologists advise residents to enjoy the cooler weather while it lasts.
A representative from the National Weather Service stated, “This is a welcome change for a region that has experienced very little rain this season.”
Residents are urged to stay updated on the latest weather developments, especially as conditions may shift leading into the weekend.
