WFAN Announces Upcoming Sports Broadcast Schedule Changes
New York, NY – WFAN, the flagship station for Yankees baseball, Giants football, Nets basketball, and more, has released details regarding its upcoming broadcast schedule as various sports seasons overlap.
Starting Tuesday, Nov. 18, WFAN will split its signals at 6:15 p.m. Rutgers basketball will air on 660 AM and the WFAN2 stream, while Evan & Tiki, Tommy Lugauer, and Nets basketball will continue on 660 AM and the main WFAN stream until the conclusion of the Rutgers game.
On Friday, Nov. 21, the same broadcast arrangement will occur, with Rutgers basketball on 660 AM and WFAN2. The rest of the schedule will flow similarly, with signals merging when the Rutgers game ends.
Additionally, on Sunday, Nov. 23, there may be a signal split at 5:50 p.m. if needed, with Nets basketball starting on 101.9 FM while Giants coverage wraps up on 660 AM. Signals will re-merge after the Giants coverage concludes. At 7:30 p.m., more splits may occur with Sunday Night Football starting on 660 AM, while Nets coverage continues on 101.9 FM until it ends.
