Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith Make Rare Public Outing After Six Months
Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were recently spotted together for the first time in six months, marking a rare public appearance for the estranged couple. The two were photographed dining at Crossroads Kitchen in Calabasas on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
Despite their separation, which Jada Pinkett Smith had publicly disclosed had been ongoing since 2016, the couple appeared to be in good spirits. Jada, 53, was seen wearing a brown Gucci bomber jacket over a white T-shirt and a pair of blue jeans. Will Smith, 56, wore a white T-shirt and grey pants, complemented by a matching unbuttoned shirt. They were accompanied by their friend Jay Shetty during the outing.
This public sighting comes after their last joint appearance in May at the Los Angeles premiere of Bad Boys: Ride or Die, where they posed on the red carpet with their children, Jaden Smith, 26, Willow Smith, 24, and Will’s son Trey, 31, from his previous marriage to Sheree Zampino.
In recent months, Jada has been open about the challenges in their relationship. In an interview with People last October, she mentioned that they were still figuring things out and doing ‘some really heavy-duty work together.’ She emphasized their deep love for each other and her commitment to supporting Will while allowing him the space to address his own issues, including the aftermath of the infamous 2022 Oscars slap incident.
