WESTON, Fla. – Cuban-American actor William Levy was arrested Monday in Broward County, according to jail records. The 44-year-old, whose full name is William Gutiérrez-Levy, was taken into custody by the Broward Sheriff's Office and booked into the Broward County Main Jail on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing.

Levy remains behind bars as of Tuesday morning, with no bond amount set for either charge. Jail records indicate that both charges are pending. Specific details surrounding the circumstances of the arrest have not yet been disclosed.
