Undefeated South Florida Bulls hit the road Saturday afternoon when they take on Bowling Green Falcons in a nonconference matchup at Doyt L. Perry Stadium.
South Florida has opened the Brian Hartline era with three consecutive victories, including a 59-17 win over Delaware State last weekend. The Bulls exploded for a season-high 611 yards in that victory and scored 38 unanswered points after Delaware State pulled within four late in the first half. South Florida is now 3-0 for the first time since 2018 as it looks to keep its perfect start intact.
Bowling Green is searching for its first victory after opening the season with losses to Tarleton State, Nebraska and Iowa State. The Falcons have faced a challenging early schedule, and their offensive line has been a bright spot, allowing just two sacks through three games.
Saturday will be the first meeting between these teams since 2002, when South Florida earned a 29-7 victory in Tampa.
