Arkansas, Texas A&M Set for 83rd Meeting in College Station

Texas A&M and Arkansas will meet for the 83rd time on Saturday, and just the third time in College Station since the Aggies joined the SEC.

Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. on ESPN2. Prior to last season’s meeting in Fayetteville, the two programs had met four straight seasons in Arlington, Texas at AT&T Stadium. Since 2009, only four games have been played on campus of one of the two schools: College Station in 2012 and 2020, Fayetteville in 2013 and 2025.

A win on Saturday would be just the third time in the series history that Texas A&M has won five straight against the Razorbacks. In the 82 meetings so far, both programs have a 9-game win streak, the longest streak in the series.

Mario Craver will look to extend his consecutive games with a reception to 17 straight. He has at least one reception in every game he has played as an Aggie. Texas A&M leads the SEC and ranks 13th nationally in fewest penalties this season with just 18. The Aggies are one of 23 teams nationally with fewer than 20 total penalties in 2026.

The Arkansas Razorbacks play against the Texas A&M Aggies in an SEC football game tonight. The Arkansas squad enters this game with a 2-2 record, and the team is coming off a 34-6 win against Tulsa.

During the victory, quarterback KJ Jackson led the Arkansas offense. He threw for a touchdown and more than 300 yards last week, which highlights his arm talent. Jackson has scored seven touchdowns and racked up more than 1,000 total yards this season.

Texas A&M also enters this game with a 2-2 record, and the team has lost back-to-back games. In their last game, the Aggies lost 35-6 against LSU. In order to bounce back today, the Texas A&M squad will need a great performance from its quarterback Marcel Reed. He has scored seven touchdowns and accrued more than 800 total yards this season.
