DALLAS, Texas – Spectrum internet and phone services experienced significant outages in various areas across Texas, including Dallas, Plano, and Frisco, on September 26, 2025. Reports of the outages peaked around 2:45 p.m. EDT, according to DownDetector, with many users describing a “total blackout” and problems with signal.

Customers in affected regions reported difficulties, with one user stating, “I have Spectrum Mobile and my data hasn’t been working since noon yesterday. I spoke to customer service multiple times and finally after talking to a third person, they said they had a widespread outage.”

Other states, such as Missouri, Maine, and Montana, also reported similar problems with Spectrum services. Users across these states expressed frustrations online as they faced difficulties in accessing internet and phone services during the widespread outage. “It’s been chaotic not being able to connect, especially during work hours,” another user shared.

The company has not yet provided an official statement regarding the cause of the outages or when service is expected to be restored. Many customers are eagerly awaiting updates from Spectrum as they seek to resolve their connectivity issues.
