Jessie James Decker Plastic Surgery

Los Angeles, CA – During the October 23 episode of Fox’s reality show, “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test,” Jessie James Decker faced an unexpected challenge that led to a nose injury.

As contestants jumped backward from a platform into the water below, Decker’s attempt resulted in her hitting the water awkwardly. “I feel like it broke,” Decker, 37, told fellow contestants Brianna LaPaglia, 26, and Gia Giudice. “I just have a bump here. I think I had a bump before.”

LaPaglia responded off-screen, joking about her own nasal surgery, saying, “It’s the Italian bump. I got mine shaved down.” This light-hearted exchange highlighted a common topic among celebrities regarding cosmetic procedures.

Many celebrities have been open about their plastic surgeries, from Ronnie Ortiz-Magro to Courteney Cox. LaPaglia herself has shared her journey through rhinoplasty. In a post from Dr. Kassir, who performed the procedure, it described how LaPaglia aimed for a more natural look after being unhappy with her results from a previous surgery.

“After a primary rhinoplasty, Brianna was dissatisfied with the crooked and pinched look of her nose,” the post read. “Dr. Kassir expertly smoothed out the bridge… giving her the self-confidence she needed to thrive.”

LaPaglia joined the reality show to push herself emotionally and physically following her breakup from country singer Zach Bryan. “I was in a very public relationship,” she said in a confessional. “It ended really badly… I don’t know exactly who I am and it will teach me more about myself.”

Bryan announced their split in October 2024, a year after they began dating. LaPaglia later claimed that she had been “emotionally abused” during their relationship.

Reflecting on her past, LaPaglia revealed, “Over the past couple of years, I wasn’t allowed to be me.” She added, “I used to be very strong. I don’t want to give anyone power over me.”

Contestants on “Special Forces” endure rigorous military-style training to test their limits. LaPaglia noted how she met Bryan through Instagram DMs, and expressed regret for ignoring red flags in the relationship…

Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on Fox, where LaPaglia is aiming to find strength in herself amidst personal challenges.
