Porsha Williams Involved in Delta Flight Dispute Under FBI Investigation

ATLANTA — Porsha Williams, a star from The Real Housewives of Atlanta, was involved in a reported altercation aboard Delta Flight 591, which was traveling from Las Vegas to Atlanta on November 16. Following the flight’s arrival at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Sunday night, law enforcement officers were present to address the situation.

According to the Atlanta Police Department, officers were alerted about a dispute that took place during the flight. “Preliminary investigation indicated that both parties may have been involved in a verbal dispute that reportedly escalated into a physical dispute,” the police stated.

Witnesses reported that cabin crew members spoke to both women during the flight, which continued without incident to Atlanta. After the plane landed, officers interviewed the passengers involved. Statements from victims and witnesses have since been forwarded to the FBI for further investigation, as the agency confirmed they were aware of the incident.

Williams’ attorney, Joe Habachy, claimed that his client was “verbally assaulted” by an “irate and unhinged passenger” without provocation. He assured that Williams intends to cooperate fully with law enforcement during the investigation, asserting confidence that appropriate charges would be pursued against the other passenger.

An FBI spokesperson stated, “FBI Atlanta is aware of an incident on a Delta flight on November 16th allegedly involving Porsha Williams and/or at least one other person. We are looking to see whether any federal charges may or may not apply.”

Neither Williams nor the other passenger involved has been arrested, and at the time of the report, the investigation details were still being finalized. A representative from Delta issued a statement confirming that the flight continued on schedule without further issues.

Williams was returning from BravoCon, an event for fans of the Bravo television network, where she had reunited with former co-stars and fellow celebrities. On social media, she expressed gratitude to her fans and reflected on her experiences at the event.
