Bayer Leverkusen Star Victor Boniface Delights Nigerian Artist with Generous Gesture
Bayer Leverkusen striker Victor Boniface has made good use of his time while recovering from a groin injury, delivering a heartwarming surprise to a talented Nigerian artist. Known as FlowzPam Art, the artist has been sketching his favorite footballers for more than a year, gaining attention for his remarkable mirror-image drawings. His work initially caught the eye of social media users with a portrait of football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, accompanied by the viral phrase, ‘It costs $0.00 to retweet.’ FlowzPam Art hopes to gain more recognition beyond just a ‘like’ for his photo-quality creations.
Recently, Boniface brought unexpected joy to FlowzPam by sending him a generous sum of N500,000. Overwhelmed with gratitude, FlowzPam shared proof of the payment, ensuring fans that it was not a prank. The Bayer Leverkusen star, who is currently sidelined due to his injury and missed Nigeria‘s momentous run in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations final, went through surgery in January. His club, Leverkusen, has stated that he will be out for a minimum of three months. Despite his absence, Boniface has already contributed significantly to Leverkusen’s success this season, scoring 10 goals and providing seven assists.
FlowzPam Art is not only a talented artist but also a keen observer of the challenges faced by aspiring creators on social media. Using his artwork, he humorously highlights the difficulties of the social media hustle. Apart from footballers, FlowzPam Art also draws musicians and film stars, showcasing his versatility as an artist. Recently, he presented Victor Osimhen, the 2023 CAF Player of the Year, with a framed drawing of his younger self. Osimhen graciously accepted the gift while he and the Nigerian national team, known as the Super Eagles, continue their quest for history in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations in the Ivory Coast.
Victor Boniface’s remarkable performance and scoring prowess have attracted attention from clubs worldwide. Sports Brief recently reported on interest from a prominent English club, further fueling speculation about a potential move in the upcoming summer transfer window. At 23 years old, Boniface is considered one of the hottest strikers in Europe, having already scored 16 goals in all competitions this season. His skills and accomplishments mark him as a sought-after talent in the football world.
