Comedian Tim Dillon Lists Spanish Style Estate For Sale At Nearly $5 Million

Stand-up comic and podcaster Tim Dillon, known for his popular show ‘The Tim Dillon Show,’ is putting up his Spanish-style estate for sale at just under $5 million. Dillon acquired the property from actor Thomas Middleditch of Silicon Valley fame for $4.6 million.

The residence, previously owned by Hollywood stars Claire Forlani and Dougray Scott, features three bedrooms and two baths within approximately 3,000 square feet of living space. Additionally, there is a separate one-bedroom guest cottage with a bath equipped with a steam shower, along with an attached two-car garage.

Situated on a clifftop parcel covering slightly over a third of an acre above Mulholland Drive, the main house boasts a series of decorative arches along the front and French doors that offer views of the pool and entertainment areas.

Inside, the property includes a family room with a vaulted ceiling and exposed brick wall, a spacious master suite with a wood-burning fireplace, and a stylish all-white kitchen with top-tier stainless appliances. There are also two guest bedrooms, a den, a media room, and a delightful outdoor area with a heated pool and a hot tub.

Aside from his property in Los Angeles, Tim Dillon also owns homes in Austin, Texas, and Southampton, New York, showcasing his taste for luxury real estate across different states.
