Cheers to International Beer Day with Local Flavor

Today is International Beer Day, and what better way to celebrate than with the local masters of brews, David Garza and Beau Sanchez from Saludos Brewing Company? These two guys, who have called Laredo home their whole lives, are here to share their journey from grain to glass.

At Saludos Brewing, they’ve got a whopping 18 styles of beers on draft, all brewed right in-house. It’s impressive how they’ve turned brewing into a full-fledged business since starting as a hobby in David’s garage.

Now, just two years in operation, Saludos Brewing Company takes care of everything in-house—from brewing and packaging to distribution. It’s all done locally, keeping the beer fresh and the community close-knit.

To mark their one-year anniversary, Saludos Brewing has teamed up with HEB for a special deal that runs until August 18. If you grab a 6-pack at HEB and bring your receipt to the brewery, you’ll snag a free pint or even a pizza!
