CTET July 2024 Admit Cards Released, Know How to Download
CTET July 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the admit cards for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) July 2024 examination. Aspiring candidates can now download their hall tickets from the official website ctet.nic.in. This year, the CTET exam is scheduled to take place on July 7 across 136 cities in the country.
The CTET exam, conducted by the CBSE, is a mandatory requirement for individuals aiming to become teachers for classes 1 to 8. The exam will be held in bilingual languages, Hindi and English, to ensure accessibility for all candidates on July 7. The admit card serves as a crucial document for candidates, containing essential details such as the exam center, timings, and more.
On the exam day, it’s mandatory for registered candidates to carry their CTET admit card along with a valid photo ID and any other required documents. Failure to present these documents may result in the candidate not being allowed to appear for the exam. Furthermore, biometric attendance is a must before entering the examination hall to maintain the integrity of the test.
In case of any discrepancies or errors in the e-admit card, candidates are advised to reach out to the CTET Unit promptly for necessary corrections. The validity period of the CTET qualifying certificate is long-term, extending for a lifetime. There are no restrictions on the number of attempts a person can make to acquire a CTET certificate, providing candidates with opportunities to enhance their scores.
It’s essential for candidates to report to the examination center well in advance, at least 120 minutes before the commencement of the exam. Paper 2 will be conducted from 9:30 am to 12 noon, while Paper 1 will take place from 2 pm to 4:30 pm on the exam day. The CTET exam consists of multiple-choice questions, each carrying one mark, with no negative marking for incorrect answers.
