Elizabeth Hurley, the renowned actress, has taken on a new role in her son, Damian Hurley’s, directorial debut film, ‘Strictly Confidential.’

The thriller features Hurley portraying a grieving mother after the suicide of her daughter. Joining her in the cast are Georgian Lock, Freddie Thorp, and Lauren McQueen.

The movie’s screening in London saw the presence of Hurley’s former partners, Hugh Grant and Arun Nayar. Grant, Damian’s godfather, appeared sharp in a black suit.

Following her relationships with Grant and Nayar, Hurley has often spoken highly of their roles in her life and her son Damian’s upbringing.

Support for the event extended beyond her partners, with well-known figures like David Furnish, Trinny Woodall, Michelle Visage, and Abbey Clancy also attending the screening.

In his directorial debut, Damian Hurley drew inspiration from personal experiences of loss, shaping the storyline of ‘Strictly Confidential.’

The plot is a reflection of Hurley’s encounters with suicide, including the loss of a close friend and his biological father through this tragic event.

Elizabeth Hurley, who started dating film producer Steve Bing post her split from Grant, welcomed their son, Damian, in 2002. Bing’s passing in 2020 marked a deep loss for the family.

Recently, Damian Hurley stirred headlines by directing a raunchy scene involving his mother in the Prime video thriller. The scene sparked a wave of discussion, prompting Damian to defend the artistic decisions made in the film.
