Shocking Discovery: Human Finger Found In Mumbai Woman's Online Ice Cream Order

In a disturbing turn of events, a woman residing in Mumbai‘s Malad area made a horrifying discovery in her online ice cream order – a human finger. The incident, involving ice cream from the brand Yummo Ice Creams, has sent shockwaves through the community, leaving authorities scrambling to investigate.

According to reports from CNBCTV18 and The Free Press Journal, the woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, alerted the Malad Police after unwrapping her ice cream cone to find the gruesome surprise inside.

The police have taken possession of the piece of flesh containing the finger and have sent it for forensic analysis to determine its origin and ensure proper identification. An FIR has been filed in connection with the case, as reported by CNBCTV18.

Amidst growing concerns and outcry on social media platforms like X, the Mumbai Police have launched a full-scale investigation into the matter, with calls for transparency and accountability.

Further intensifying the situation, a similar incident was reported in Malad involving a doctor who discovered a human finger in an ice cream cone ordered through the grocery delivery app Zepto. The doctor, Orlem Brendan Serrao, immediately reported the disturbing finding, leading to rapid action by law enforcement.

Both cases have sparked fear and outrage in the community, prompting authorities to conduct thorough searches of the facilities where the tainted ice cream was processed and packaged. The seriousness of the situation has not gone unnoticed, with NDTV confirming that legal action has been taken against Yummo for endangering public health.
