Johnny Knoxville Marries Costume Designer Emily Ting in Intimate Ceremony
Los Angeles, California — Johnny Knoxville, the star of the iconic Jackass series, married costume designer Emily Ting on Sunday, November 16, 2025. The couple tied the knot just over a year after Knoxville finalized his divorce from Naomi Nelson.
Knoxville, 54, shared the news on Instagram, posting, “It seems I have had a lot of news lately but there is no news bigger than this… Today Emily and I got married and I’m the luckiest and happiest fella in the universe.” He included photos from the ceremony, featuring their dog, Bucket, who he noted was also happy about the occasion.
The wedding was officiated by renowned filmmaker John Waters, 79, who Knoxville called “the best minister ever.” He described the event as a small gathering of family and friends, expressing gratitude to Waters for officiating. Knoxville added, “Ok I’m getting off Instagram now because it’s our wedding night, but I wanted everyone to know. Love to everybody, wahoooo!!!”
Knoxville’s marriage to Ting marks his third. He was previously married to Melanie Lynn Clapp from 1995 to 2008, with whom he shares a 28-year-old daughter, Madison. He then married Nelson in 2010, but they separated in 2021 and finalized their divorce in August 2024 after 11 years of marriage. The former couple has two sons, Rocko, 14, and Arlo, 12.
Although it is unclear when Knoxville and Ting began dating, she worked as a costume designer on his 2022 film, Jackass Forever. Ting has also contributed to projects such as The Eric Andrews Show and I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson.
