Madison De La Garza, the younger half-sister of singer Demi Lovato and known for her role as Juanita Solis on the TV series *Desperate Housewives*, is mourning the tragic loss of her first child. On October 26, 2024, Madison shared a heartfelt message on Instagram revealing that she had given birth to her daughter, Xiomara, via cesarean section last month, but unfortunately, the infant did not survive.

Madison, 22, expressed her grief and gratitude in her post, thanking Xiomara for the brief time they had together. Her sister Demi Lovato also shared a message of condolence on her Instagram Stories, saying, “Rest in peace to my beautiful, perfect niece Xiomara. I am so thankful I got to hold you. I will always be your aunt. I love you so much @maddelagarza.”

The news came just weeks after Madison announced her pregnancy in early September, with an expected due date in late October. Her pregnancy announcement included photos with her partner, Ryan Mitchell, and her family, including her mother Dianna De La Garza and sisters Dallas and Demi Lovato.

Dallas Lovato, Madison’s older half-sister, also shared a touching poem in the comments of Madison’s post, expressing her sorrow and promising to take care of Madison. The poem read, “Baby girl Xiomara, I miss you every day / I’ll take good care of your mom so you can fly away,” and continued with words of comfort and love.

This tragic event has brought the family closer together, with messages of love and support pouring in from all sides. Madison De La Garza’s career as an actress and filmmaker has been marked by her roles in various TV shows and films, but this personal loss has highlighted the strong bond within her family.
