Miley Cyrus Seeks Closure with Liam Hemsworth as Divorce Anniversary Approaches

LOS ANGELES, California — As the fifth anniversary of her divorce approaches in January, Miley Cyrus is looking to reconcile with her ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth. Sources reveal that Cyrus, 35, has struggled to move on from their marriage and has held onto various mementos, including her Vivienne Westwood wedding gown.

A source told Star magazine, “As much as Miley’s tried to just let it all go and move on, she’s really had a tough time. Liam was her first everything. She truly believed they were destined to be together and she regrets a lot of the way things went down towards the end of their relationship.”

Cyrus, who is currently in a relationship with another musician, feels a need to clear the air with Hemsworth, also 35. “Miley’s the type of person who hates having things unsaid, and she swears that’s the reason she wants to see Liam again,” the source added. “This isn’t something she wants to do over text.”

In a surprising turn, Hemsworth, best known for his role in the Hunger Games series, has agreed to meet with Cyrus. This decision could cause tension with his current fiancée, model Gabriella Brooks. “Liam hates confrontation, so he’s just avoided Miley since the day things imploded, literally just ghosted her,” the source explained.
