Jeopardy! October 13 2025 Episode

LOS ANGELES, CA – On Monday, October 13, the popular game show ‘Jeopardy!’ crowned a new champion after a thrilling final round that saw Aimée Fluitt compete against Daniel Richman and Allegra Hill. The episode brought excitement as the competitors navigated tricky questions and tight scores.

Fluitt, a former national security consultant from Kansas City, Missouri, entered the game aiming for her second consecutive win. She initially faced challenges as she fell behind at the first commercial break, trailing Hill, a foreign affairs professional from Washington, D.C., by $2,200.

However, the tide shifted in the second half of the game when Fluitt found the Daily Double. She wagered $2,000 on the clue, “One who sings the part of Amneris in ‘Aida,’ for example.” Fluitt answered correctly with “What is a mezzo-soprano?” and took the lead with $5,000, compared to Hill’s $4,400.

The competition remained intense, and by the second-to-last clue, both Fluitt and Hill were tied at $5,000, while Richman, a Ph.D. student from Santa Barbara, California, held $3,600. The challenge ramped up significantly during Double Jeopardy, with close scores separating the players.

In the Final Jeopardy round, the category was not disclosed to the audience, but the clue stated, “The first 2 actors to refuse their Oscar trophies were in films with scripts that this man co-wrote.” Richman buzzed in but provided a grammatically incorrect response. He finished with $5,600 after wagering nothing. Fluitt, wagering $500 and answering vaguely, ended with $11,300.

Hill, however, stunned the audience when she wrote, “Who is Ford-Coppola?,” adding a hyphen, which elicited a rules interpretation from the judges. Host Ken Jennings confirmed, “We will accept that. Yes!” Hill ultimately wagered $10,801, pushing her total to $23,601, making her the new champion.

Hill will return for another game tomorrow, building anticipation for the next episode of ‘Jeopardy!’. The show airs weekdays, check local listings, and is available for streaming the next day on Hulu and Peacock.
