In a monumental celebration of two decades of metal mastery, Australian heavy metal band, Parkway Drive, originating from the sunny shores of Byron Bay, has unveiled the details of their upcoming 20-Year Anniversary Tour.
The highly anticipated tour is set to ignite stadiums and arenas across Australia this September, featuring special guests I Prevail from the USA, along with fellow American metalcore outfit The Ghost Inside, and local Melbourne band Void of Vision.
This milestone tour will kick off at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on Friday, September 20th, moving on to the Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on Saturday, September 21st, and the John Cain Arena in Melbourne on Sunday, September 22nd.
Lead vocalist Winston McCall expressed his excitement for the tour, stating, “Australia, it’s been a while. To be honest, it feels like forever. We didn’t plan it to be this way, but then again we didn’t plan on making it this far in the first place.”
The tour will also make stops at the AEC Arena in Adelaide on Friday, September 27th, and finally, at HBF Stadium in Perth on Sunday, September 29th.
A standout on the lineup, platinum-certified rock band I Prevail from Michigan, with their chart-topping hits and massive global following, promise to bring an electrifying performance to the stage.
Joining them, The Ghost Inside from California, gearing up for the release of their sixth album “Searching for Solace” in April, are set to deliver their signature metalcore and punk-infused sound to fans.
Adding a local touch to the lineup, Void of Vision from Melbourne, known for their innovative sound and explosive live shows, are poised to set the stage on fire alongside the headliners.
This 20-Year Anniversary Tour by Parkway Drive promises to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, marking a significant milestone in their remarkable journey through the heavy music scene.
