Pfl 4 Davis Vs Wilkinson Fight Event

Orlando, Fla. — The Professional Fighters League (PFL) launched the first round of the 2025 World Tournament at Universal Studios Florida on May 1, 2025. The event, which aired live on ESPN, featured eight-man tournament bouts in both the light heavyweight and heavyweight divisions.

In the night’s main event, Phil Davis faced Rob Wilkinson in a highly anticipated light heavyweight bout. This marked Davis’ debut under the PFL banner after successful runs with Bellator and UFC. Wilkinson, who was a contender for the 2022 PFL championship, aimed for redemption following a setback last season due to a failed drug test.

The co-main event presented Valentin Moldavsky battling Sergey Bilostenniy, both looking to secure a strong start in the heavyweight division. Moldavsky, the former Bellator interim heavyweight champion, brought his experience to the octagon against Bilostenniy, who came in with an impressive record of 13 wins to 3 losses.

As the preliminary card kicked off at 8 p.m. ET, fans gathered to tune in and witness the electrifying bouts scheduled for the night. The confirmed weigh-in results showed both Davis and Wilkinson at 206 pounds, setting the stage for a competitive match.

The outcomes of the main card included Davis defeating Wilkinson by TKO in Round 2, while Moldavsky secured a unanimous decision win over Bilostenniy. Other notable fights from the night featured Antonio Carlos Jr. beating Karl Moore by split decision and Sullivan Cauley finishing Alex Polizzi with a TKO in the first round.

With these results, the PFL 2025 World Tournament is shaping up to be a thrilling competition ahead, as fighters jostle for a chance at the championship title.
