Ricky Bell Welcomes First Child, Celebrates Father’s Day

LOS ANGELES, CA – Ricky Bell, the singer from Bell Biv DeVoe, has officially become a father. On Father’s Day, Bell announced on Instagram that he and his wife, Amy Correa Bell, have welcomed their first child.

In his post, Bell shared a touching photo of their newborn’s tiny hand cradled in his and Amy’s hands. He captioned the image, “Been looking forward to celebrating this day, God’s ‘Mercy’ has arrived… Happy Father’s Day!”

The couple hinted at their expanding family earlier this year when they shared the message “Reservation for 3” in anticipation of their baby. This announcement came shortly after celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary.

Ricky and Amy have been open about their relationship journey, which has seen its challenges. “We promised each other that breaking up is not an option,” Ricky stated. “So whatever little bit of faith we can muster up—whatever trust—we do it.”
