The 50th Anniversary Special of the American Music Awards took place at the L.A. Center Studios in Los Angeles, with a plethora of stars making their presence felt on the red carpet. Notably, the event saw a mix of fashion hits and misses, reflecting a broad range of styles among the attendees.

British singer Raye, known for her hit “Escapism,” made headlines with her unconventional red carpet attire. Despite criticism for dressing down, Raye delivered a powerful performance of James Brown’s classic, “It’s A Man’s Man’s World” on stage.

Meanwhile, Sophia Culpo, younger sister of Olivia Culpo, dressed in a black sequin blazer dress that some critics deemed lackluster for the occasion.
