The supernatural thriller film ‘Shaitaan’ has hit the screens to an enthusiastic response from audiences and critics alike. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the movie features a stellar cast including Ajay Devgn, R Madhavan, Jyotika, Janki Bodiwala, Aangad Raj, and Amit Trivedi on background score.

‘Shaitaan’ unfolds a captivating plot filled with drama, thrills, and chills, providing a promising narrative of the supernatural genre. The film allows the principal cast members to showcase their acting prowess, with Ajay Devgn excelling as a parent in distress, and R Madhavan delivering a powerful performance as the antagonist, Vanraaj.

Jyotika, making a return to the Hindi screen after a long hiatus, shines in her role, while newcomer Janki Bodiwala impresses with a difficult part in the film. Co-produced by Nambiar, Prabhu Antony, and Madhu Alexander, the film is an adaptation of the Gujarati film ‘Vash’ and follows the story of an urban couple struggling to rescue their daughter, Janvi, from the clutches of the malevolent Vanraaj, played by R Madhavan.

With a narrative that combines elements of horror and survival thriller, ‘Shaitaan’ has received rave reviews for its performances, direction, VFX, and haunting background score by Amit Trivedi. The film manages to strike an emotional chord with the audience, providing a unique and engaging cinematic experience.
