Charlize Theron Givenchy Spring 2026

PARIS, France — Charlize Theron turned heads at Givenchy’s Spring/Summer 2026 runway show on Friday. The Oscar-winning actress, 50, made a bold statement in a barely-there top crafted from strings of clear gemstones and silver studs.

Theron styled the eye-catching piece with an oversized white blazer and matching slouchy trousers, giving a daring twist to her ensemble. The intricate chains of gems cascaded down her torso, which she paired with a simple black bra, creating a striking visual impression.

The statement look was designed by Sarah Burton, who took the helm as Givenchy’s creative director after her debut collection launch in March. Burton, known for her innovative and deconstructed designs, previously made her mark at Alexander McQueen.

This eye-catching moment for Theron follows her appearance at the 2025 Emmys, where fellow actress Jenna Ortega wore a similar Givenchy piece. Ortega’s look, also designed by Burton, featured oversized gemstones and pearls and was said to weigh between 20 and 30 pounds.

Enrique Melendez, Ortega’s stylist, shared that the piece was so heavy it was “digging into her poor collarbone.” He quoted Ortega, saying, “Enrique, I love you. But can we please do something more practical next time?”

It remains to be seen if Theron’s version will yield the same challenges, but she has shown a fearless attitude toward fashion. Earlier this year, Theron donned another design from Burton’s collection at the premiere of “The Old Guard 2” in Los Angeles. That look also featured a sheer design with the words “Givenchy, Paris 1952” emblazoned across.

Overall, Theron’s choice for the Givenchy show aligns with her recent fondness for Burton’s work, making her a frequent face on the fashion scene.
