Shaquille O'neal Custom Suv Theft

BATON ROUGE, LouisianaShaquille O'Neal‘s latest custom SUV has gone missing, believed to have been stolen in a sophisticated hacking operation. The fully customized $180,000 Range Rover was in transit from Georgia when it vanished on October 20, just before it was set to arrive for an LSU football game.

The vehicle was being transported by FirstLine Trucking LLC, based in Georgia. Authorities have confirmed that the Range Rover was taken after a fraudulent pickup occurred, leading to a multi-state investigation that stretches from Dahlonega, Georgia, to Atlanta.

Detectives from the Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office believe hackers compromised the truck company’s digital logistics, allowing thieves to impersonate real transporters. “This was a highly coordinated criminal act targeting the transport company’s network,” a police spokesperson said.

Ahmad Abdelrahman, a spokesperson for Effortless Motors, the California shop that customized O’Neal’s vehicle, said this theft is unprecedented. “We do all his cars,” he noted. “This time, transport claimed they were hacked and don’t know who picked up the vehicle. It’s been missing since Monday.”

Investigators suspect that the stolen Range Rover may have changed hands multiple times before disappearing near Atlanta. They are collaborating with vehicle tracking firms and telecom providers to trace its whereabouts.

O’Neal’s team is cooperating fully with law enforcement, and Effortless Motors has announced a $10,000 reward for information leading to the SUV’s recovery. Abdelrahman stated that this is the first theft involving one of O’Neal’s custom vehicles, highlighting the unique nature of the crime.

The luxury Range Rover was designed to accommodate O’Neal’s towering height of 7’1
