Bristol City Introduces Digital Season Tickets for 2023/24 Season

Bristol City Football Club has announced the introduction of digital season tickets for the 2023/24 season at Ashton Gate. This new method allows season ticket holders to gain entry to matches by downloading their ticket directly to their smartphones and adding it to either their Apple Wallet (for iPhone users) or Google Wallet (for Android users). To enter the stadium on match days, fans can simply open the appropriate digital ticket on their mobile phones and tap it near the turnstile reader.

Supporters are advised not to arrive at the stadium without a valid season ticket, as physical tickets will not be accepted for entry. The Ticket Office by the Atyeo Statue will be open before the match for any last-minute queries or sales. Additionally, the Supporter Services phonelines will be available for assistance throughout the day.

As part of the upcoming Green Football Weekend, Bristol City will offer various eco-friendly initiatives. Fans can register and track their environmental goals on the GFW website, as well as enter a competition by downloading the GFW Veggie Cookbook and trying out a recipe by either Matty James or Emily Syme. Prizes will be awarded to lucky participants.

Bristol City’s Junior Reds magazine, YOU REDS, will release its fifth edition, available for free to junior supporters at Ashton Gate during the upcoming matches against Nottingham Forest and West Ham. This special Green Football Weekend edition features exclusive interviews with Emily Syme and Taylor Gardner-Hickman, along with other engaging activities.

On match day, the Lansdown, Dolman, and South Stands will be open for home supporters, while the Atyeo Stand will accommodate Leeds United fans. The stadium offers free WiFi throughout, and turnstiles will open at 6:15pm.

To honor the lives of Mason Rist and Max Dixon, two teenagers tragically lost recently, there will be a fan-led applause in their memory during the 15th to 17th minute of the match against Leeds United. The club sends its deepest condolences to the families and friends affected by this tragedy.

Although there won’t be a Robins TV broadcast for this fixture, supporters can access exclusive audio coverage through Robins Live Audio from 8pm.

Various activities and attractions will be available in the Fan Village, including a talk by the Ministry of Eco Education about local biodiversity featuring a rescue kestrel named Sandy. Fan Experience Ambassadors will be distributing the latest edition of YOU REDS, and the Family Area in the Upper Lansdown Concourse will offer entertainment and interactive games hosted by the Robins Foundation.

Young supporters in the Upper Lansdown Family Area will have the chance to receive free fruit as part of Bristol City’s commitment to promoting healthier lifestyles for children. Fan Experience Ambassadors, easily recognizable in their pink high visibility vests, will be present throughout the stadium to assist and enhance the matchday experience.

Supporters can take advantage of an exclusive offer at the Independence Sports Bar before kick-off. With the purchase of loaded fries, fans can enjoy a £3 pint of select beverages or a free soft drink. Orders can be placed by scanning the displayed QR codes, and the food and drinks can be collected from the kitchen hatch.
