Money Saving Expert Launches Tool For Car Loan Commission Complaints

Consumer champion Martin Lewis has introduced a new tool for individuals who wish to file a complaint about discretionary commission agreements (DCAs) in their car loans. The founder of Money Saving Expert recently discussed the ongoing Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) investigation into historic DCAs on his popular ITV show, expressing his belief that there is substantial evidence of systemic mis-selling. Lewis expects the investigation to result in a massive redress scheme that could potentially lead to billions of pounds being refunded to millions of people, making it the second largest reclaim campaign in the UK’s history after PPI. To assist complainants, Money Saving Expert has launched an easy-to-use tool to log complaints. Lewis encourages individuals to take action promptly, as he anticipates a surge of complaints in the coming weeks.
