The Witcher Season 4 Trailer Anya Chalotra Liam Hemsworth

LOS GATOS, Calif. — Netflix has released a new trailer for Season 4 of The Witcher, showcasing an action-packed glimpse of the upcoming season set to premiere on October 30, 2025. The trailer begins with Geralt of Rivia, played by Liam Hemsworth, unsheathing his sword to confront formidable foes amid a war-torn landscape.

A voiceover reflects on Geralt’s journey, stating, ‘Geralt, you’ve spent a lifetime battling monsters and men. Your entire being is dedicated to finding someone who you fear you’ve failed.’ The trailer quickly shifts focus to Ciri, played by Freya Allan, as she displays her growing combat skills and hints at her own struggles, saying, ‘Always lost, never found.’

As the story unfolds, Geralt assembles a new band of allies to rescue Ciri, humorously noting, ‘What a company I’ve ended up with.’ The beloved sorceress Yennefer, portrayed by Anya Chalotra, delivers a foreboding message, telling viewers, ‘Something is shifting on this Continent. Vilgefortz is gathering an army. Whatever he’s up to, Ciri is at the center of it.’

The trailer features an ominous vision from Vilgefortz, who declares, ‘She will be mine.’ In response, Yennefer urges the group to build their own army, indicating a new chapter of leadership and struggle for her character.

Throughout the trailer, tense battle scenes flash across the screen, showcasing Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri facing various threats. ‘What if I can’t save her?’ Geralt muses, culminating in Ciri’s powerful assertion: ‘Saving someone is the most important job.’

The trailer concludes with a hopeful note, stating, ‘Hope is Reborn,’ alluding to a narrative centered around transformation and personal growth as Hemsworth steps into the iconic role.

Fans can also look forward to new images released by Netflix from Season 4, highlighting the emotional and gripping journey ahead for Geralt and Yennefer. This release marks a significant transition for the series, as Hemsworth replaces Henry Cavill as Geralt, bringing a fresh dynamic to an established character.

As anticipation builds, viewers prepare for a season filled with perilous choices and intense battles, reaffirming The Witcher series’ standing as a powerhouse in Netflix’s lineup.
