NEW YORK, NEW YORK – SEPTEMBER 07: Stephen Curry defended his wife, Ayesha, following remarks made by rapper Killer Mike. The comments arose after TikToker Bookie Woodz accused Ayesha of struggling with her marriage in a video posted on September 5.

Woodz claimed Ayesha was seeking attention and compared her to rapper GloRilla, suggesting she should focus on her music career instead of her family. Killer Mike echoed this sentiment in a since-deleted comment saying, ‘My n—a said she wanna go be Glo!!! Man Steph doesn’t deserve the embarrassment frfr. God bless him.’

Stephen, who has two daughters and two sons with Ayesha, responded to Killer Mike in a now-deleted comment, saying, ‘Naaaaa not you Mike. I’m cool stating and letting these other clowns have their moment. You’re better than that… stay in your lane and let God keep blessing me like he is. We r good over here.’

Ayesha, 36, and Stephen, 37, married in 2011 after meeting as teenagers. They share four children: Riley, 13, Ryan, 10, Canon, 7, and Caius, 16 months. In past interviews, Ayesha has expressed how becoming a mother shifted her focus and goals.

In an August podcast, Ayesha reflected on her career aspirations prior to her marriage, stating, ‘I thought I was gonna be a career girl and that’s it. I was never the little girl that dreamt about the wedding dress… I love being a mom, but I love doing other things too.’

Despite the recent drama, the couple has continually demonstrated their commitment to each other and their family. Ayesha has stated that their relationship always comes first, leading to a happy environment for their children.

Fans of the Curry family have shown support online, criticizing those who involve themselves in the couple’s personal lives. As this ongoing story develops, representatives for Killer Mike and Stephen Curry have not yet responded to media inquiries.
