Married At First Sight Season 19 Couples

AUSTIN, Texas — Season 19 of “Married at First Sight” has officially premiered, bringing five newlywed couples to the altar in an experiment to see if marriage can thrive when strangers are paired together.

Beginning with a series of weddings filmed in Austin, these couples tie the knot without prior knowledge of their partners. Couples include Josh and Jalyn, Pat and Rhonda, Derrek and Meghann, Chad and Belynda, and Will and Brittany.

The show’s experts, Pastor Cal Roberson, Dr. Pepper Schwartz, and Dr. Pia Holec, return to guide the couples through eight weeks filled with challenges and opportunities for growth. “At the end of the experiment, they will decide if they want to stay together or divorce,” Roberson said.

In the opening episode, Brittany expressed her dreams of marriage, stating, “It has always been my dream to be a wife… and I’m just excited to see how our story unfolds.” Will echoed her sentiments with vows of commitment and growth. “I’m ready to learn about you, grow with you, and have a love like an undying flame glowing in the night,” he promised.

The couples kicked off their journey with a honeymoon in Panama before returning to face the realities of everyday life. As the experts pointed out, this season showcases couples who are not just randomly selected but are thoughtfully paired based on their compatibility. “There has been an incredible amount of research that has gone on,” Pastor Cal added.

New episodes of “Married at First Sight” Season 19 are available for streaming exclusively on Peacock, with new episodes dropping every Thursday. The season finale and reunion special are scheduled for November 20.
