Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Sell Montecito Estate for $60 Million

Montecito, California – Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have sold their luxurious estate for $60 million. The couple listed the California property for $65 million in July, officially ending their time at one of the area’s prestigious addresses.
The Maroon 5 frontman and supermodel Prinsloo are moving not because they must, but because they have found a new home closer to their children’s school, according to a representative from Riskin Partners Estate Group, which handled the listing.
Situated at 700 Picacho Lane, the stunning property spans 3.41 acres and offers breathtaking 360-degree views of mountains and the ocean. It is designed for privacy and features a sprawling lawn perfect for entertaining.
The main residence covers 11,525 square feet, containing six bedrooms and seven full bathrooms. Built by Clements Design, the house boasts a custom chef’s kitchen and separate catering facilities for large gatherings. Its formal and casual spaces allow for versatile use.
In addition to the main house, the estate includes a 900-square-foot guest house with two bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a 937-square-foot pool house that also has its own bathroom. For vehicle storage, there are seven garage bays within attached and detached structures.
Among the estate’s fine amenities are a state-of-the-art gym and wellness area, a tennis court, a home theater, vegetable gardens, a koi pond, and even a chicken coop.
The transaction was orchestrated by Riskin Partners Estate Group of Village Properties and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.
Levine and Prinsloo are leaving their Montecito home behind to embrace a new residence they find “too special to resist.” It is a Spanish-style ranch built in 1919, complete with multiple guesthouses, a barn, and horse stables. The couple plans to develop their new property over the next year.
