The Board of Secondary Education Odisha has announced the Class 10 results for 2024, revealing a record pass percentage of 96.07%. This marks a marginal improvement from last year’s 96.04% pass rate. Girls have once again outshined boys, with a pass percentage of 96.73% for the former and 95.39% for the latter.

Over 5.5 lakh students appeared for the BSE Odisha Class 10 exams, which were conducted in 3,047 examination centers across various districts. The exams took place between February 20 and March 4, under strict adherence to examination protocols.

The BSE Odisha board will make available the digitized pass certificates and mark sheets online for convenient access by students. These certificates can also be obtained via WhatsApp after 4 pm on result day.

After the announcement of the results, students who wish to make an application for revaluation of their results will have the opportunity to do so. This provision allows students to seek a review of their marks in case of discrepancies or concerns.

The high pass percentage reflects the dedication and hard work of students, teachers, and school administrators towards academic excellence despite the challenges posed by the pandemic. It also underscores the commitment of the Odisha education system towards ensuring quality learning outcomes for all.
