Kerr County Flood Recovery Efforts Continue After Catastrophic July 4 Flooding

Kerrville, Texas — Recovery efforts are ongoing in Kerr County following the catastrophic flooding that struck the region on July 4, 2025. Initial reports indicate that at least 135 people have died due to the severe weather, including many who were at Camp Mystic, an all-girls summer camp. At present, two individuals remain missing.
