Model Miranda Kerr and her husband, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel, have successfully sold their Los Angeles residence located in Brentwood for $16 million, as reported by real estate sources. The property, initially listed in March at an asking price of $19.95 million, saw a couple of price reductions due to a challenging market, finally settling at the lower sale price.

The couple originally purchased the lavish home in 2016 for $12 million, securing a notable return on their investment despite the price drop from their original asking figure. Notably, the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom house was the site of their wedding, adding sentimental value to the high-profile sale.

The property holds a storied celebrity history; iconic actor Harrison Ford was among its former owners, having purchased it in 1983 for $1 million. Ford owned the residence until 2021, underscoring the estate’s appeal among Hollywood’s elite.

Drew Fenton of Carolwood Estates represented both the buyers and the sellers in this transaction. The house is renowned for its beautiful location on a 3/4 acre plot, featuring manicured gardens and expansive city views from its Hamptons-style architecture.

Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel, meanwhile, continue to hold a substantial property portfolio, which includes a prominent estate in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, purchased for approximately $145 million, and properties in Australia’s Hunter Valley.
