Record Number of Students in HPBOSE 10th Exam Achieve Top Honors, Pass Percentage Touches 74.61%
In a remarkable display of academic excellence, the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) has declared the results of the Class 10 exams. Ridhima Sharma from Hamirpur has emerged as the topper, setting a new benchmark for the students in the state.
A total of 92 students have secured a spot in the top-10 merit list, showcasing exceptional performance in the exams this year. The pass percentage for the 10th board exams stood at 74.61%, reflecting the hard work and dedication of the students.
Ridhima Sharma from Hamirpur clinched the first position with an outstanding score of 699 out of 700, achieving a remarkable 99.86%. Following closely behind, Kritika Sharma from Kangra secured the second position with an impressive score of 698.
The third position was jointly held by three students – Shivam Sharma from Bilaspur, Dhriti Tegta from Shimla, and Rishil Sood from Kangra, each scoring 697 marks. These exemplary performances have highlighted the academic prowess of students across Himachal Pradesh.
The top-10 list also featured students like Ira Sharma, Prachi Sharma, Poonam Thakur, Tithiksha Thakur, Pranjali, and Shravika Kashyap, who secured the 4th rank with 696 marks each. Among the 5th rank holders were Shruti Dhruwal, Nitika, Deepanshika Sharma, Akshit Sharma, Anmol Sood, and Riya Kapoor, scoring 695 each.
Private schools played a significant role in the impressive performance of the students, with 72 out of the 92 top scorers coming from private institutions. The overall resilience and academic excellence displayed by the students are commendable.
