CSIR Section Officer and Assistant Section Officer Stage-2 Exam Date Announced

The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has released a notification announcing the exam schedule for the Stage-2 examination of Section Officer (SO) and Assistant Section Officer (ASO) recruitment. The Stage-2 exam is set to be conducted on July 7, 2024, at designated exam centers.

According to the notification, the Stage-2 examination and Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) for this recruitment will be held on July 7, 2024. The exam will take place from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and candidates are required to report to the exam center at 8:30 AM.

Furthermore, the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) will be conducted from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the same day, with reporting time set at 1:30 PM.

Admit cards for the exam will be available for download on July 4, 2024, at 10:00 AM. The admit cards will be released online on the official websites of CSIR, where candidates can download them by providing the necessary details. In case of any issues with downloading the admit card, candidates can contact the help desk at 07969049955.

It is important for candidates to remember that the admit card is a crucial document for the exam. Hence, when appearing for the exam center, they must carry the admit card along with a valid original identification proof. Entry to the exam hall will not be allowed without the admit card and identification proof.
