During this week’s episode of Real Time with Bill Maher, renowned fitness expert Jillian Michaels joined Maher to delve into the efficacy and side effects of Ozempic and similar drugs in the health industry.

Michaels expressed her concerns about these drugs, labeling the results as a ‘devil’s bargain’ due to the extensive side effects like nausea and pancreatitis, as well as reports of suicidal ideation linked to alterations in serotonin and dopamine levels.

While Maher acknowledged his cannabis use, triggering food cravings, he emphasized the importance of healthier food choices to counteract any adverse effects.

Discussing the pharmaceutical industry, Michaels highlighted the negative impact of ‘Big Food‘ and the additives in certain processed foods leading to weight gain.

Additionally, Maher reflected on his own habits, admitting to impairing his health slightly with marijuana use, while countering its effects by maintaining a health-conscious diet.
