Abhishek Bachchan Praises Aishwarya Rai Amidst Divorce Rumors

Amidst ongoing divorce rumors, Abhishek Bachchan has publicly praised his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, for her unwavering emotional support. In a throwback video from the promotions of his film ‘Dasvi’, Abhishek expressed his gratitude towards Aishwarya during an interview with Bollywood Hungama, in the presence of co-star Nimrat Kaur.

Abhishek highlighted Aishwarya’s understanding nature, stating, “My wife is exceptional at that. She’s always been an amazing emotional support for me. I’ve been very lucky, my entire family has been. The wonderful thing about having a life partner like Aishwarya is that she is from the business. She gets it. She has been doing it slightly longer than I have. So, she knows the world. She has been through it all. So, it’s nice when you come home and if you’ve had a challenging day, you know that there’s somebody who gets it”.

He also admired her ability to handle difficult situations with dignity and grace, saying, “She has been somebody that, I have always noticed, has managed to traverse some of the most difficult times of her life with utmost dignity and grace. I really admire that about her. Actors are emotional people, we’re very, very hyper-sensitive. And sometimes, we might just want to lash out and we kind of explode. You can only take so much. I’ve never seen her do that”.

The couple, married for 17 years, has been facing divorce rumors recently, particularly after Aishwarya attended the Ambani wedding solo with their daughter Aaradhya, and Abhishek liking a post about divorce. Despite these speculations, the couple has remained silent on the matter.

Abhishek’s frustration with the media’s constant scrutiny was evident in a recent video where he was seen folding his hands in frustration as paparazzi got too close, asking them to stop.
