Quentin Gibson Colorado Football Commitment

Quentin Gibson, a highly touted wide receiver from Fort Worth, Texas, has announced his commitment to the University of Colorado football program. This announcement was part of a significant recruiting haul for the Buffaloes on Thanksgiving Day, which saw four prospects commit to the team.

Gibson, who plays for North Crowley High School, is a three-star wide receiver. Despite not having a rating from Rivals, he has garnered more than a dozen offers from various colleges, including Illinois, Kansas State, Mississippi, SMU, and TCU.

The 5-foot-9, 165-pound wideout is known for his speed and versatility. In his high school career, Gibson has demonstrated impressive skills, averaging 9.03 yards per carry with 325 rushing yards and five touchdowns on just 36 carries. His explosive abilities as both a runner and receiver make him a valuable addition to the Colorado team.

Gibson’s commitment, along with those of Carde Smith, London Merritt, and Alexander McPherson, has significantly boosted Colorado’s 2025 recruiting class. The Buffaloes now have 15 commitments in this class, including elite four-star quarterback Julian Lewis, who committed just days after decommitting from Southern Cal.

The influx of these talented recruits has propelled Colorado up the On3 Industry Team Recruiting Rankings, moving from No. 49 to No. 30. This surge underscores the impact of Coach Deion Sanders‘ recruiting efforts and the growing momentum of the Colorado football program.
