AC Milan Set to Make Changes Against Torino in Penultimate Game
AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli is expected to make some changes to the starting line-up from the team that beat Cagliari for tonight’s game against Torino.
What should be Stefano Pioli’s penultimate Milan game sees his side travel to face Torino tonight, and the Rossoneri will be hoping to give the fans a revamped performance this season.
According to what is being reported by this morning’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, Marco Sportiello should be the man in goal with a back four in front of him made up of Pierre Kalulu, Malick Thiaw, Fikayo Tomori, and Filippo Terracciano.
The midfield three is down as being Yunus Musah, Tijjani Reijnders, and Ismael Bennacer, while Christian Pulisic, Luka Jovic, and Noah Okafor are expected to be the attacking trident as Pioli once again goes with what looks like a 4-3-3 on paper.
Theo Hernandez has suffered from flu-like symptoms and is a game-day decision, while Mike Maignan has recovered and can play but it is expected that Sportiello will get the nod so the Frenchman can prepare for the European Championships.
Predicted Milan XI (4-3-3): Sportiello; Kalulu, Thiaw, Tomori, Terracciano; Musah, Reijnders, Bennacer; Pulisic, Jovic, Okafor.
Predicted Torino XI (3-4-1-2): Milinkovic-Savic; Vojvoda, Buongiorno, Masina; Bellanova, Tameze, Linetty, Rordriguez; Ricci; Zapata, Sanabria
