Stubhub Customer Service Complaints

StubHub, the world’s largest ticket marketplace, is facing significant criticism from its users due to persistent issues with customer service and ticket delivery. According to recent reviews and feedback, many customers are expressing dissatisfaction with the platform’s handling of their concerns.

The platform, which was launched in 2000 and is now an eBay company, has a dismal 1.6-star rating based on 708 customer reviews. A majority of users, approximately 76%, have stated that they will not use StubHub in the future for similar services or products. The primary grievances include poor customer service, failure to resolve issues, and problems with the refund and cancellation policies.

Several users have reported issues such as tickets not being received in time for events, incorrect payments, and difficulties in selling tickets due to technical glitches. For instance, one user complained that their ticket listing was never posted as active, and despite initial attempts by customer service to help, no resolution or refund was provided.

The customer service experience has been particularly frustrating for many, with some users describing interactions with customer service representatives as unhelpful and lacking accountability. There are also concerns about the late ticket release protection policy not being honored, leading to further distrust among customers.

Despite its reputation as a trustworthy platform with over 16 million visitors and 10 million events conducted each month, the current wave of negative feedback suggests that StubHub needs to address these issues to regain customer trust and satisfaction).
