Terrell Owens and DeAngelo Hall End Feud After Controversial Incident

In a dramatic turn of events, the feud between NFL players Terrell Owens and DeAngelo Hall has come to an end following a contentious incident during a recent game. On Saturday, Owens, the Dallas Cowboys receiver, spit in the face of Hall, the Atlanta Falcons cornerback, which sparked significant controversy and led to Owens being fined $35,000 by the NFL.

Despite the incident, Owens continued to reach out to Hall, who initially refused to engage. However, thanks to the intervention of former NFL player Deion Sanders, the two players finally spoke on a three-way telephone call on Monday. Hall stated that the conversation was productive and that the feud is now over. “We had a pretty good conversation,” Hall said. “As far as I’m concerned, it’s over. We got it all out, cleared it all out. It’s over.”

Owens had apologized for his actions during the game, claiming the spitting was accidental. “When it happened, we were jawing in each other’s face, so it wasn’t anything intentional,” Owens explained. “I didn’t intentionally spit in his face. He’s trying to make it seem like more than what it was by saying I hauled off and spit in his face.”

Despite the incident, Hall maintained his composure and avoided any retaliation, a decision he is proud of. “For me to be able to keep my cool for the sake of my team and my teammates speaks volumes,” Hall said. Hall and Owens may meet again in the playoffs, a prospect Hall looks forward to. “I told (Owens) I don’t plan on retiring anytime soon and he doesn’t, so we’ll definitely meet again — hopefully in the playoffs,” Hall said.
