Ufl Football Games April 2025

ARLINGTON, TEXAS – April 3, 2025 – As the 2025 United Football League (UFL) season progresses, teams prepare for Week Two’s exciting matchups, aiming to build early season momentum. The weekend’s slate features four games, kicking off with the Birmingham Stallions facing the Michigan Panthers.

The Stallions, starting their campaign with a 0-1 record, will take on the Panthers, who are currently 1-0, on Friday, April 4, at 8:00 PM ET at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan. The Michigan Panthers are coming off a convincing 26-12 victory over the Memphis Showboats, while the Stallions are looking to recover after a tough 18-11 loss against the D.C. Defenders.

“It’s crucial for us to establish our identity early in the season,” said Panthers quarterback Bryce Perkins. “We want to show that our strong defense can support our offense.” The matchup is particularly significant as the Stallions have historically dominated the Panthers since their USFL days.

Saturday continues the action with the Memphis Showboats visiting the D.C. Defenders at Audi Field in Washington, D.C., at 8:00 PM ET. The Defenders, fresh off their Week One victory, aim for their second win of the season despite being led by Interim Head Coach Shannon Harris.

“The atmosphere at home is energizing, and we hope to channel that energy into another win,” said Harris. The Defenders are known for their vocal fanbase that could play a pivotal role in the outcome of the game.

On Sunday, April 6, the slate includes a pivotal matchup between the Houston Roughnecks and the Arlington Renegades at Choctaw Stadium in Arlington, Texas, kicking off at 12:00 PM ET. The game marks the first home contest for the Renegades since the league’s merger, aiming to turn the tide after a challenging previous season.

The Renegades will also feature a sibling storyline, with twin brothers Antonio and Marco Ortiz facing off against each other. “We’re excited to compete but even more excited to see each other out there,” said Antonio Ortiz.

Wrapping up the weekend, the St. Louis Battlehawks will take on the San Antonio Brahmas at The Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, Missouri, at 6:30 PM ET. This matchup is particularly anticipated as it is a rematch of last season’s XFL Conference Championship game, which saw the Brahmas emerge victorious.

The Battlehawks hope to clinch victory in front of their enthusiastic home crowd known for creating an electric game day atmosphere. “We feed off our fans’ energy, and we aim to defend our home turf fiercely,” said a player from the Battlehawks.

With high stakes and thrilling storylines, UFL Week Two promises to deliver another captivating weekend of spring football. Fans can catch all the action live on FOX, ABC, and ESPN, as well as through streaming platforms.

In Week One, standout performances were recognized with the title of Players of the Week awarded to the St. Louis Battlehawks Offensive Line, DC Defenders Kicker Matt McCrane, and Linebacker Anthony Hines for their impressive contributions to their teams.

As the UFL continues its 10-week regular season, with no bye weeks, fans can still purchase season tickets across multiple cities, ensuring their presence during this thrilling season of football.
