Verizon Service Outages Affect Hundreds of Customers in Midwestern and Western States

Verizon has confirmed widespread service outages affecting numerous customers across multiple counties, leading to hundreds left without connectivity on their devices. The disruptions have left many Verizon users stranded, reporting issues such as being stuck in SOS mode or unable to use their phones without a Wi-Fi connection.

Heidi Flato, the senior manager of communications at Verizon, acknowledged the situation, stating that the outages are primarily impacting customers in Midwestern and Western states. Flato assured that Verizon’s engineers are actively involved in efforts to pinpoint and resolve the underlying problem swiftly.

The telecommunication giant did not specify a timeline for when full service restoration can be expected, leaving many customers in anticipation of updates and solutions.
