Bar Council Of India Declares Aibe 18 Result 2024

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has officially announced the results of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 18 for the year 2024 on the 26th of March. Candidates who appeared for the exam can now access their results on the official website, allindiabarexamination.com. The examination, which took place on December 10, has finally culminated in the release of the results.

The BCI released a statement instructing candidates to utilize their unique User ID and Password to download their AIBE 18 scorecards. The results are now available for viewing.

In a peculiar turn of events, only 93 questions were considered for evaluation in the AIBE 18 exam instead of the standard 100, as seven questions were withdrawn. The passing mark for the general and OBC categories has been set at 45% of the 93 marks, equating to 42 marks. For the SC, ST, and disabled category, the passing mark stands at 40% of 93 marks, rounded up to 37 marks.

It was further revealed that the results of candidates who uploaded documents other than the enrolment certificate have been withheld. These individuals are required to submit their enrolment certificates by April 10 to [email protected]. Their results are slated for release by April 15 once the necessary documents are submitted.

The final answer key for the AIBE 18 examination was issued on March 21, serving as the basis for the calculation of the results. Prior to this, the provisional answer key had been released on December 13, with candidates being granted the opportunity to raise objections until December 20.
