Bob Odenkirk Returns in Action-Packed Sequel Nobody 2

LOS ANGELES, California – Bob Odenkirk reprises his role as Hutch Mansell in the action sequel Nobody 2, set to hit theaters on Aug. 15. In a newly released trailer, viewers see Hutch on what was supposed to be a peaceful family vacation that quickly devolves into chaos.
In the clip, Hutch reassures his family, saying, “Strictly family time,” as they set off to Wild Bill’s Majestic Midway and Waterpark. However, his attempt at relaxation is interrupted when trouble finds him, including goons working for crime boss Lendina.
Hutch tries to protect his children, played by Gage Munroe and Paisley Cadorath, during a confrontation at an arcade. His wife Becca, portrayed by Connie Nielsen, warns, “That’s only the first day of the vacation.”
Nobody 2 is directed by Timo Tjahjanto, with a screenplay co-written by returning writer Derek Kolstad, Aaron Rabin, Umair Aleem, and Odenkirk himself. The sequel features Christopher Lloyd as Hutch’s father and Michael Ironside as his father-in-law.
Following the success of the first Nobody film, which received critical acclaim and showcased Odenkirk’s unique blend of action and humor, audiences can expect more inventive combat scenes. The trailer highlights Hutch declaring, “I’m on vacation!” as he engages in intense action.
Sharon Stone portrays the film’s antagonist, who is determined to uncover the identity of the “nobody” disrupting her criminal operations. The film promises to blend humor with high-stakes action as the Mansell family fights to survive their unexpected getaway.
Nobody 2 is produced by 87North, Eighty Two Films, and Odenkirk Provissiero Entertainment, with fans eagerly awaiting to see if Hutch can balance family life with his violent past.
