Starting July 1, benefits-eligible employees will gain access to their Electronic Compensation Statements through the SuccessFactors platform. These statements will provide crucial details regarding their upcoming recurring merit pay increases, showcasing the percentage increase and the New Annual Base Pay for each individual.

Employees can anticipate seeing the impact of the recurring merit increases on their Pay Statements, with biweekly employees noticing the change on July 17 and monthly employees on July 31. The transparent nature of the Compensation Statement aims to keep employees informed and engaged in their compensation details.

To access the Compensation Statement in SuccessFactors, employees should log in and head to the ‘My Profile’ tile under the ‘Quick Actions’ menu on the homepage. From there, the ‘Compensation Statement’ can be selected from the profile navigation bar, with the option to view the detailed ‘2024 Merit Planning’ statement directly in the browser.

Upon viewing the statement, employees will see key details such as their current hourly base pay and annual base pay for hourly-paid workers, while monthly-paid employees will observe their current annual base pay prominently displayed. The merit % increase specified on the statement reflects the percentage increase allocated for the fiscal year 2024-2025.
