Gogo Skhotheni Denies Affair Rumors with Mpumelelo Mseleku

Gogo Skhotheni, a notable reality TV star and DJ, has publicly refuted rumors suggesting an affair with Izingane zeS’thembu cast member Mpumelelo Mseleku. In a recent TikTok video, Skhotheni addressed the allegations that surfaced after singer Queen Lolly claimed she had been used to enhance the ratings of Skhotheni’s podcast, The Venting Podcast.

Queen Lolly, who recently made a guest appearance on the podcast, cited warnings from Skhotheni’s rival, Gogo Maweni. These warnings were said to involve the alleged affair between Skhotheni and Mseleku. In response, Skhotheni confirmed that she felt compelled to clarify the situation.

In her video statement, Skhotheni asserted, “I was not going to address this, but I can see it needs my attention. I’ve never had any sexual encounter with Mpumelelo Mseleku; I swear on my ancestors’ lives.” She emphasized that her meeting with Mseleku occurred solely during his visit to her podcast.

Furthermore, Skhotheni defended the integrity of her marriage, stating, “In my marriage, we never fought because of a third person. Just because we are separated does not mean it’s because of a third party.” This remark highlights her commitment to honesty regarding her personal life.

During his appearance on The Venting Podcast, Mseleku shared insights on polygamy, expressing his love for women and clarifying that his decision to pursue multiple relationships was independent of his father’s influence.

Meanwhile, Mseleku has faced his own controversies, particularly involving his ex-girlfriend and mother of his children, chef beau Xolani Sabelo. Recent allegations indicated that she had paid lobola (bride price) for herself, which prompted Mseleku to claim he had been denied access to their children.
